I am finally sending more photos...
...(which Sam, our son, incessantly asks for). This update will be short as a picture really can be “a thousand words.”
We’ve had the pleasure of having friends from the US coming to the
Holy Given school. You will see a photo of a friend who use to live
with us and a friend who use to attend our home group in Fall City,
and other’s we’ve met along the way.
We had a big surprise b’day party for Heidi Baker at our home. Shara
did a lot of the planning. We had over 90 folks here in our front
yard. We had some special dances, slide show, tributes and hilarious
skits. It was so good to have a night to all play and laugh together
as a staff. As one of my signs in our beloved thatched roof home
says, “Laughter is an instant vacation.”
I’m sending you photos of “our boys.” Iris Ministry encourages
missionaries to “adopt” a dorm of orphan boys or girls. We’ve adopted
a dorm of 11 boys that are ages 12 -14. We’ve also “adopted” 2 girls
from our orphanage. These kids have parents whose mothers have died
and the father has to work so they can’t take care of them, or they
have been abused or both their parents have died due to aids,
sickness, etc.
The children love coming to our home. Our boys just spent the night
at our place. We have a very small house (one of our dreams is to
build another house on our property) that can only sleep 4 so we
borrowed a bunch of tents and sleeping bags from the visitors and
they enormously loved camping out in front of our home. We barbecued
chicken. Your heart would melt if you could hear them pray…and to
hear the thankfulness they express for the food we prepared. Our
daughter Sarah and her husband Zephan sent us a huge box of nuts and
health bars. Last night we shared some of the nuts with our boys and
they were very blessed to eat them – so thank you Zephan and Sarah,
for not only blessing us, but all these children who don’t take for
granted the opportunity to eat this wonderful treat.
This morning Jeff had a devotion time with the boys. They were so
attentive and they all spontaneously clapped their hands 3 different
times when Jeff spoke about God’s love. This deeply touched our
hearts…I know this delighted God even more. Just being with these
children makes all the difficulties of living here seem small in
comparison to the happiness that comes from loving these kids.
Know that we appreciate all the support you have given to us. You
really do play a large part in what is taking place in one of the
poorest of the poor countries here on earth.
We also thank you for your prayers. The spiritual oppression here is
intense. There are many witch doctors so you can imagine the
spiritual forces we deal with on a day-to-day basis. It’s not kids
play…as someone has said, “The enemy uses real bullets.” We have
found over and over again that the more time we spend resting in
God’s presence and enjoying His presence, the more victorious we are
and the more fruit we produce. It’s crucial that we fix our eyes on
our perfect Savior. He is our defense, our shield and our deliverer.
We look to Him for everything we need as it is always found in Him!
Pray that we keep our eyes on Him when the storms come (and they do
quite often!). We can walk on water as Peter did when our focus is on
the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and the magnificent lover of our
souls.
With lots of love,
Janet and Jeff

Your wow power leveling adventure in Iysa begins in the city of wow powerleveling Roumen. This quaint town will be your home base until around powerleveling level 20. Begin your adventure by talking to Elemental Helper Remi and get your first power leveling quest! She will give you a few instructions and then send you to Healer Julia. To locate NPCs (non-player characters) on the map, press the M button. Healer Julia is just up the wow power level steps to the right.
Once you talk with Julia wow powerlevel, she will tell you all about HP (health points - red) and SP (spirit points - blue) stones. These are used to refill your wow powerleveling health and spirit when they get low wow power leveling. You receive a few free stones from Julia when you start your adventure in Isya and can always buy more wow power leveln from her. Julia will also give you your first wow powerleveln quest – a monster hunt to kill Slimes and Mushrooms. They can be found in the forest at the edge of fiesta online town.
TIP
Before you battle fiesta online, check out your character stats. Hit “C” or click the Character icon in the bottom right corner of the fiesta online gold screen. You will see the following character attributes:
STR (strength) – helps melee attacks and defense last chaos
DEX (dexterity) – increases ranged damage, chance to dodge attacks, and lastchaos attack speed
END (endurance) – increases hit points
INT (intelligence) – increases magic damage and last chaos gold resistance
SPR (spirit) – increases spirit points, chance to critical hit and spell cooldown
Your character begins the game with one free stat point and will receive an additional stat point for every increase in lastchaos gold level.
Equip your last chaos gold weapon and get ready to help save Isya! Hit the “I” key or click the Inventory icon in the lower right portion of the lastchaos gold screen. Your weapon will be in your inventory; right-click to equip fly for fun. To attack a flyff penya monster, double click on it. Mages start with an additional skill – the magic missile spell in their dofus skill bar. Select a monster and right-click on a spell or skill to use dofus kamas. Slain monsters often will drop items, so be sure to pick them up! Some are valuable and you can sell them to other players or NPCs.
If you get low dofus on life, use an HP stone by hitting the “Q” key or an SP stone by hitting “E”. You can also assign dofus kamas to your quick bar skills by opening your skills window, clicking on dragging them to the quick bar of your choice.
TIP
When not fighting flyff, rest in your mini house to regain health and spirit points! Hit the “H” key or click on the house icon in the bottom right corner of the game window to bring up the Mini House menu. Click the
“Rest [HOME]” button to enter your flyff penya house. If your house does not appear, move to a less crowded area or away from NPCs and try again. Press “H” again to exit your mini house.
TIP
Keep all the NosTale gold Summoned Beast Leather you find! These are valuable early in the game and can be sold to other players. A lot of the NosTale gold you will find while fighting enemies can also be used for crafting NosTale items later in the game. You can choose up to two crafting professions. Keep the items you find that relate to your chosen crafting professions, and sell the rest to make money. For instance, keep the ones related to potions and scrolls, but sell the ones relating to stones.

It is hard to explain the compassion that wells up inside of me when I see you and the others pouring out your love and your lives for these kids.
The Dixon's are doing well and Karen and I will be keeping you before HIS throne as you continue in HIS LABOR OF LOVE.

Dear Janet and Jeff,
Thanks for the update and pictures, they do say a thousand words. The children are beautiful and it blesses me to see your love and care for them. I know you are a tremendous blessing to this ministry.
Ryan is coming home tomorrow from Canada, he is now on staff with YWAM Toronto. God has radically changed his life and we can't wait to see him since it has been six months. He feels called to stay in Canada after he comes back from Africia in Febuary. He wants to try and see you
and is very excited about Africia. Living in India for the summer has ignited a passion in him that is God driven
and we stand in amazement and what God has done. Our love and prayers are with you as you labor for the kingdom. I am going to connect Ryan with Joy Walk and show him the pictures when he arrives tomorrow.
Love you,
Jenny

At a time when the wedding invitations status of the bridesmaid dresses has reached a critical stage we all need to keep in mind what bridesmaids dresses are doing, and if we are harming the ecology when wedding invitation do nearly anything. This is not something that the blushing bride will generally want to think about, but it is something that she should to be a more responsible human being.
