Urgent Prayer Request
Please pray for the Iris center in Dondo...this morning one of our boys, Domingos, passed away.
He was about 10 yrs. old. He had malaria and died very suddenly. He has 2 younger brothers here at our orphanage. I called Domingos our little angelic song bird...he had an amazing voice, so pure and innocent...he loved worshipping God. He was often singing Jeff's worship song, "Abba Father." Our great comfort is that he is with His heavenly Father. He was truly one of our very special boys. We have 30 orphan boys who live here.
Last night we welcomed a new boy to our center - his name is Joanel, he is 13 yrs old and has been severely beaten by his father on a continual basis...the police arrested the father. Joanel's mother had passed away years ago. Last night was Joanel's first night here.
One of our missionaries, Ashlee, has been very involved in these boys life so it is particularly hard for her...
Please pray for the boys and for all of us at the Dondo base.

My heart goes out to the brothers. Their loss is beyond mere words and I pray for their resilience.
